How long is a session?
Sessions usually last 60 minutes and take place once a week but this can be adjusted to meet your needs
How much does a session cost?
Sessions cost £40 for 60 minutes. Please get in touch to discuss concession rates
What is your availability?
I have a variety of times available including days, evening and weekend appointments
Is counselling confidential?
I abide by the BACP code of ethics so while counselling is confidential there are some exceptions, we will talk about this in our first session
How do I pay?
While I am working online and over the phone payment is accepted through bank transfer but when face to face cash or card payments are accepted
What's your cancellation policy?
I request at least 24 hours notice or full payment is required
How many sessions will I need?
The amount of sessions someone needs varies and we can talk about this and review as we go. Some people may need a few sessions and others may need or want more
